First of all, not all of the services have the guarantee of refill. Please read the service description carefully before making an order.

In case YouTube drops some views from your order within 48 hours after completing your order, you can contact our Live Support and apply for a views refill.

You have 30 days to request refill. It is applied to services such as YouTube views, YouTube Views 30+ and 50+ retention (WW and GEO-targeted). After this period, applications will not be accepted. Please note that we refill only 200% of the order. Drops can be the reason of social network policies which we do not control and for which we are not responsible for. Also the reason of the drops may be the content itself.

Please, note that to apply for a refill you need to turn off the monetization during receiving our views. Please don't buy views from other platforms for 7 days before you create order in our platform and don't buy views at the same time buying from us. If there is en evidence that the same content gained views/likes/etc. from other source - won't be able to make a refill. don't refill deleted videos, videos with the private counters, private videos, videos with the prohibited and unacceptable content, videos with monetization (except AdWords Services).

Also we don't refill native-language videos (except English) with WW views service. If you have native-language video please use GEO-targeted services, otherwise users won't be able to watch it and retention will be minimal (which leads to drops up to 100%)


If the order is already completed and has a guarantee - we can only make a refill within this guarantee. There is no options for the refund or cancel of the order.
